How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Where is my order?

You will be able to track your Gnu Foods orders once they have been shipped.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The subject line of that e-mail will be: "Your Order (# XYZ) has been shipped." This e-mail will include a UPS® tracking number as well as a link to the UPS® website for real time tracking information.

I received an incorrect item in my order; what should I do?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Please go to the Contact Us section (above) and send us an e-mail. We will respond to you as quickly as possible to correct the error. Please include your order number and the product you received in error in your e-mail message.

My order was damaged in transit; what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your order was damaged in transit. We will be happy to replace the damaged items. To have this issue resolved as quickly as possible, we ask that you Contact Us and send us an e-mail.

In your e-mail, please include your order number and what item(s) was damaged. We will get back to you with the next steps. We may request that you return the damaged items to us. Please do not throw your damaged items away until you have been contacted by us.

We will pay for the return postage if it is necessary for you to send the item(s) back to us.

What is Gnu Foods’ return policy?

Your total satisfaction is important to us. You may return any item you ordered from GnuFoods.com for a full credit or refund, less shipping charges. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Returned items should be in their original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.

If your order shipped for free, there will be a shipping charge applied to your return. Please check our Shipping Charge Chart for the charge.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a credit or refund within 5 business days. Please note that it may take one or two cycles to show up on your credit card statement depending on the policies of your bank.

Can my shipping and billing addresses be different?

Yes. During the checkout process process you will be asked for your billing address and shipping addresses separately. When entering your billing address you also have the option of shipping your order to the same address.

You may update either your shipping or billing address at any time by going to My Account after you have logged in.

How do I change my credit card, e-mail address or password?

Go to My Account after you have logged in. You will be able to make any changes to your account there, including your credit card information, your e-mail address and password.

Is the credit card information I submit secure?

Absolutely. Every step of the Gnu Foods’ online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL makes your information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.

Will Gnu Foods send me a confirmation e-mail after I place my order?

Shortly after placing your order, we will follow up with a confirmation e-mail to you. We will also e-mail you once your order has shipped. To ensure delivery of these e-mails to your Inbox (not your SPAM folder), please add “info@gnufoods.com” to your address book.

What is the Joy of Fiber Club and how does it work?

It’s simple. When you join the Club, you’ll get 30 or more Gnu Bars delivered right to your door with each Club Order. Club benefits include Free Shipping and a 20% discount off the cost of individual bars. As a member, you’ll be able to change:

How do I change my Club Order?

After you Log In, go to the Joy of Fiber Club section of our Website—you’ll be able to manage your monthly order 24/7—Change your ship date, the number of bars you get, how often you receive your bars, and your flavor mix at your convenience.

Help! I’ve run out of bars and want my next order now. Is that possible?


Once you Log In, just go to the Joy of Fiber Club and specify your next shipment date. You can also adjust how often you receive your bars (e.g. every 2, 4, 6. or 8 weeks) to ensure your never run out! We can accommodate any request that is at least 1 business day away.

Each Gnu Bar that you get with your Club Order is 20% OFF our individual bar price, plus you get FREE SHIPPING on all Joy of Fiber Club orders.
For example, if your Club Order contains 30 bars, your Club Order total will be $47.70 + FREE SHIPPING.

I’m a Club Member and I’d like to get extra bars in my next Club Order only. Is that possible?

Simply Log In and visit the Joy of Fiber Club if you would like to make a one-time change to your Club Order. In order to receive the special Joy of Fiber Club pricing, the minimum order is 30 bars. However, after you have reached the minimum order level, you can order as many bars as you like in increments of 5 (e.g. 35, 40, 45, etc.) If you would like to go back to your regular bar quantity after the one-time increase, please return to the Joy of Fiber Club to make the change back to your regular quantity.

Can I skip/delay my next order?

Yes, at any time, you can Log In to the Joy of Fiber Club to Change Your Next Ship Date or adjust how often your would like to receive your bars. You can delay your Next Ship Date up to two months or set your Club Order to ship less often. You can set your Club Order to ship every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks.

I don’t remember signing up for automatic monthly shipments of Gnu Bars. How do I cancel?

It is never our intention to send unwanted product to our customers.

We are sorry if you were unclear about the Joy of Fiber Club when you joined. Please Log In and go to the Joy of Fiber Club to cancel your membership.

If you want to return an order, simply mail it back to us as at 1123 Broadway, New York, NY 10010 and we will refund the cost of that order, less shipping charges.

How do I cancel?

After you Log In, please visit the Joy of Fiber Club to cancel your Joy of Fiber Club Membership.  Please allow 1 business day for your cancellation to become effective.

If your current month’s order has been shipped, your cancellation will take effect with next month’s order. If your current month’s shipment is not scheduled to go out within the next day, your cancellation will be effective with your current shipment.
