Great for Weight Loss
I recently lost 46 pounds and am following an eating plan that wants you to eat every 2 to 3 hours. Gnu bars are my perfect tool to keep on track with my plan! I went to Hawaii in March for 10 days and was able to keep on my eating plan the whole time just by eating a half a gnu bar mid morning and the other half mid afternoon. I have turned all my friends on to these bars. Thank you for helping me stay on track and enjoy what I am eating at the same time. Did I say how delicious they are too!!! Thanks again.

I lost 85 lbs. ,a long term diabetic/gastrointestinal problems. I am now pretty much a vegetarian, bumped into the bars, which jump started the continued loss of 30 lbs. My dietician & I are so excited, now my exercise is easier to do/sharing this experience with others has given hope to them. Kinda like monkey see, monkey do. I luv these bars.
